The Story of Our Farm

Panico was bought in 1918 by our great grandfather Faustino Albertazzi for 18,000 lira (about €9 without inflation)! As a family we spent all our summer holidays in the old farmhouse, taking part in country life and helping out our grandparents with the laborious tasks of the farm; the grape and fruit harvests, milking, hatching chicks and calving cows.

It is thanks to the passion and dedication of our dad Carlo that Panico remains today such a beautiful and bountiful place.

For us it is a place rich with childhood memories; for our young and carefree selves it was a true paradise. Now it is a place where we can bring all the family together and we are committed to keeping the traditions of the countryside alive and to improving and enriching Panico farm so that our children, our friends and our guests can continue to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of this little corner of nature.
